She completed her higher secondary education in Mumbai with distinctions and thereafter opted a degree specialization in Banking & Insurance She performed well in her First year of specialization by scoring Grade A in both the semesters. Simultaneously, she is perusing a professional course of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India viz., Corporate Secretary, and has already cleared its Foundation level with flying colors.Outside studies , her primary interest is photography. However she is also an avid reader, likes singing and writing.

Her family comprises of a younger sibling (brother) and her parents. Financial challenges walked in with her father, the only earning person of the family, who was affected with renal cell carcinoma that affected his kidney, lungs and eventually lead to a brain hemorrhage. After the brain surgery, currently he suffers serious body balancing issues, memory loss, irrelevant talking etc. Her younger brother is studying in grade 7. He suffers mal-functioning of kidneys since birth.

Thus, the family faces funding challenges not only for on-going medical requirements, day –to –day expenses but also in ensuring that Ishwarya and her younger brother complete their studies. For a while, Ishwarya supported her family by being a tutor.

SuccessMentors has taken up to help Ishwarya realize her dream of becoming a Corporate Secretary. Pavan and Manoj are sponsors of Ishwarya and her mentor is Trupti.

Other than establishing herself financially she dreams to run a charitable organization supporting cancer patients and their families.

She got admitted to a top school for her degress because of her outstanding grades. However she decided to drop out of school because she couldn't afford to stay in a hostel

She is currently enrolled in the final year of Computer Diploma program and hopes to find a job and support her family soon after graduation.

Born and brought up in Mumbai, she completed her graduation from Bombay University in Commerce. After attaining her Batchelor's degree in Commerce, she persued two professional courses simultaneously viz., LL.B. from the renowned Government Law College, Mumbai and Company Secretary course from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

She began her career as an article of the leading Company Secretary firm in India and progressed to a very senior position at the firm within 3 years. Then she plunged into the corporate world. Since then, she has worked for leading companies in financial services industry. Today, she has an experience of above twelve years in her field. She staunchly believes "Actions speaks louder than words" and is committed to her act of mentoring Ishu.
